FOUNDER.EXE does not ask whether your idea sounds impressive. It asks whether your company can survive your decisions.

Cash, MRR, runway, churn, morale, product quality, research and technical debt interact. Growth can hide a weak product. Revenue can arrive too late. A cheap decision can become an expensive habit.

• Build the company: manage cash flow, payroll, taxes, product, hiring, customers and operations.
• Raise money carefully: negotiate cap tables, SAFEs, pro-rata rights, investor terms and financing costs.
• Face delayed consequences: decisions return through churn, technical debt, compliance risk and damaged relationships.
• Read the business: daily and weekly reports explain what changed and why.
